Andy Brown of North Newton, KS, will be the Artist-in-Residence at the Red Barn Studio Museum, 212 S. Main, Lindsborg, Sunday, November 21 to Saturday, December 4. Andy Brown says, “The purpose of this Artist-in-Residence period will be to reflect in order to find new ways to explore and live. I hope to accomplish this by experimenting with new art materials and talking with people who visit the Red Barn.
The latter being the most important in finding new perspective.” From 1995 to the present, Andy Brown has been an active artist, including juried shows at Mark Arts, City Arts, and the Carriage Factory in Hutchinson. He has had a one man show at Hutch Art Center and a 5 artist show at the Carriage Factory.
