Historically 72% of all deaths in London are related to dragons, fantastical beings invisible to the majority of people.  While unknown to most, some people have been standing up to these dragons.  Only inhabitants of Reverse Lomdon who live in the "reverse" side of London can see the dragons.  Even then, only a selected few become qualified enought as witches and wizards to make direct contact with them to protect and manage the dragons with London on behalf or the people.  This anime is rated TV-14 and will be played in Japenese with English subtitles.  Registration is required and opens 4 weeks before event.  It is located in the Campbell Room.
